Deepak Ghaisas

Deepak is the former CEO & CFO of I-flex Solutions Ltd., he headed India operations from 1993 to 2008 and scaled the business from inception to $375m. Deepak is a fellow of ICAI, ICWA and FCS and has more than 29 years of experience in software industry.

Deepak was involved in a number of roles, namely:

• Executive Member of The NASSCOM Executive Council
• Member of the Committee of the Indian Institute of Bankers, constituted for the purpose of drafting the curriculum for Information System Audit course for bankers,
• Member of the Internet Banking Committee – Reserve Bank of India, which formulated guidelines on Internet banking and security in India.
